Agreement Changes: Any changes to this Agreement require approval by Client and Service Provider.

Client Accounts: Client agrees to provide login access for any accounts needed to complete Deliverables.

Materials for Deliverables: Client agrees to provide images, text content and any other information needed to complete Deliverables.

Additional Work: Work that is beyond the scope of Deliverables in this Agreement is Additional Work. Client approval by email and payment are required before Additional Work starts.

Design Revision: For work that requires design, Service Provider will create a version of the design. This Agreement includes one revision of a design version. Service Provider can limit the total number of revisions as needed to complete Deliverables.

Issue Client Causes: Service Provider is not liable if Client causes an issue that affects completion of Deliverables and/or Payment.

Third-Party Technology: Service Provider is not authorized to guarantee third-party technology and therefore is not liable. 

Payment: Payments are non-refundable. Client agrees to provide a different form of payment if a transaction fails for any reason.

Intellectual Property: Client owns the completed Deliverables when Total Payment is received, and funds are available.

Limitation of Liability: Client and Service Provider are not liable beyond the scope of this Agreement.

Communication: Client and Service Provider agree to communicate if an issue or misunderstanding occurs so that Deliverables are completed.
